Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to your use of metroareafence.com and to the phone, text, and online booking tools we offer through it. By using the site, submitting a form, booking an estimate, or agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The site and the services described here are provided by Metro Area Fencing Company, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Metro Area Fence & Deck Company.

Estimates, quotes, and scheduling

• Requesting an estimate through this site is a request, not a contract. Nothing is booked until we confirm it with you.
• Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• Any price we give before we walk the property is an approximation. A firm price comes in writing after we measure the site.
• Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Material costs move, and we will tell you if a price has to change before work begins.
• The scope, price, warranty, and payment terms for actual work are governed by the written estimate or contract you sign, not by this page. If anything on this page conflicts with your signed contract, the signed contract controls.
• You are responsible for telling us about property lines, easements, HOA requirements, and the location of private underground utilities such as irrigation, low voltage lighting, or septic lines. We call for public utility locates as required by Georgia law.

Website content and photography

The text, layout, logos, and design of this site belong to Metro Area Fencing Company, LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Some photographs on this site are licensed stock images used to illustrate a fence, gate, or deck style. They are labeled as representative where they appear, and they are not presented as photographs of our own completed work. Photographs of our own projects are identified as such.

SMS Terms

This section describes our text messaging program. It applies to anyone who gives us a mobile number and agrees to receive text messages from us.

Program description

Metro Area Fence & Deck Company sends appointment scheduling links, estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to customer inquiries. Messages are conversational and job related. We do not send bulk promotional blasts.

How you opt in

You can opt in by checking the text messaging consent box on a form on this site, by texting us first, or by telling one of our team members during a call that you want updates by text. Consent is never assumed and consent boxes on our forms are never pre-checked.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not us, sets those rates. Check your plan if you are unsure.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then we will stop sending you text messages. You can opt back in later by texting START or by asking us.

Carriers and delivery

Delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not be supported by every carrier or every handset, and delivery depends on the carrier network, not on us.

Privacy of your mobile information

No mobile information, and no text messaging consent you give us, will ever be sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The vendors that help us run scheduling, call handling, and marketing measurement receive only what they need to provide that service to us, and they may not use it for their own marketing. Your responsibilities

• Give us a mobile number you control. If your number changes or is reassigned, tell us so we do not message the wrong person.
• Do not give us someone else’s number without their permission.

Third party tools and links

We use third party tools for online booking, forms, and analytics, and we link to third party sites. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices. Your use of a third party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as is, for general information. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete, error free, or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Metro Area Fencing Company, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site or of any text message program described here. Nothing in this section limits our obligations under a signed estimate or contract for work performed, or any warranty stated in that contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or our text message program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
